Rémy Cointreau Global Travel Retail has introduced the new Louis XIII Cognac coffret in the channel on August, 2023.
After two years in development, the coffret of the ultra-premium cognac, preserves key elements of Louis XIII’s heritage. It is crafted from 100% cellulosic materials and the brand says that having reworked the balance between function, emotion and sustainability, Louis XIII reduces CO2 emissions relating to the packaging by 57%, with each coffret being 24% lighter and 14% smaller than previously, facilitating more environmentally conscious shipping and transport practices. Meanwhile, the coffret’s circular shape resonates with Louis XIII Cognac’s intrinsic relationship with time, and the raw materials used find embodiment in this creation.

Delivery times are between 5-10 business days depending on your state. Due to the ongoing restrictions being placed in different states, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases would be appreciated.
Note that a signature is required to receive the parcel to all residential addresses and identification must be presented to receive the parcel to ensure the receiver is over the legal age.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When the item returns back to our store, we will then issue a full refund. If you require us to organize the pickup, we will refund the full amount less the return postage cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
