The timeless Cape Mentelle Cabernet Sauvignon, renowned for its exquisite aroma, pristine blackcurrant fruit, hints of dried herbs, and robust structure, epitomizes the enduring wine style of Margaret River's history. Sourced from the sheltered Wallcliffe Vineyard, planted from 1970 to 1973, this wine is crafted using traditional Bordeaux methods with an Australian influence. Following a gentle basket pressing, each batch undergoes maturation in new (50�0%) and one-year-old French oak for a duration ranging from 18 to 24 months.

Dark rich powerful palate with a fine elegant structure still showing great fresh vibrancy of fruit. The long finish has fine chewy powdery tannins.

Dark, vibrant, ruby red.
NOSE
A complex and balanced mix of inky blackcurrants, couverture, thyme and aniseed with a touch of violet and a subtle oak influence.
PALATE
A rich and plush palate with great drive and intensity combining a vibrant mix of dark berries, couverture and wet slate with velvety tannins leading to a long, cool and mineral finish with great persistence.
BLEND
91% cabernet sauvignon, 6% cabernet franc, 3% merlot.

Note that a signature is required to receive the parcel to all residential addresses and identification must be presented to receive the parcel to ensure the receiver is over the legal age.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sessionsarden.com.au. If it's returned because of a change of mind, you will be liable to pay for the return postage costs. When the item returns back to our store, we will then issue a full refund. If you require us to organize the pickup, we will refund the full amount less the return postage cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
